These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the Company's website, www.yellowmetal.co ("Website"), by any person accessing the Website ("User", "You" or "Your").

Any actual gold loan facility extended by the Company is governed by a separate loan agreement, Key Facts Statement (KFS), and such other documents as executed between the Company and the borrower at the Company's branch.
