Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in Gold Loans at banks or NBFCs with good sales skills.

Must be willing to travel within the assigned Town

Must be willing to meet customers at Doorstep & provide door-to-door services to customers
Role & Responsibilities

Sourcing of Gold Loan Customers.

Responsible for lead generation through existing customer database.

Deliver monthly targets.

Responsible for traveling within the assigned town for disbursing loans.

Responsible for appraising the Gold Ornaments & verifying KYC at customers' doorstep.

Building long-term relationships with HNI Customers for future business.

Coordinate with the central team for grievance handling for customers.

Responsible for strict adherence to Process, Policy, and Guidelines set by the company.
