  4. The domain name https://www.yellowmetal.co/ ("Website"), is owned and operated by Yellow Fintech Private Limited (“Private Limited Company”) having its registered office at #677, 1st floor, Suite no.794, 27th main, 13th cross, sector 1, HSR Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560102.

  5. Yellow Metal (“Our”, “Us”, “We”, “Website”, “Site”) Website and/or mobile application is a marketplace for a loan against gold.

The expressions “You”, “Your” or “User”, whenever the context so requires, for the purposes of this Privacy Policy, shall mean any natural or legal person who may create by registration, membership account on this Website or mobile application or agree to avail Our Services through this Website or mobile application, or otherwise access Our Website or mobile application.

C. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION

  1. In the event that the Parties are unable to amicably resolve a dispute by mediation, said dispute will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Company, and the award passed by such sole arbitrator will be valid and binding on both Parties. The Parties shall bear their own costs for the proceedings, although the sole arbitrator may, in his/her sole discretion, direct either Party to bear the entire cost of the proceedings. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of Arbitration shall be in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

     

  2. The Parties expressly agree that the Terms, Policy and any other agreements entered into between the Parties are governed by the laws, rules, and regulations of India, and that the Courts at Bangalore, Karnataka, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the Parties.
